Information we collect from Rider:

Contact information: We might collect your name, email, mobile number, city, state,pin code,country and IP address.

Information you post: We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging BlissDrive (An unit of TRINYA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED).

Demographic information: We may collect demographic information about you or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Location Data: We collect location data to provide location-based services such as connecting passengers with nearby riders. We collect two types of location data:

• Foreground Location Data: We collect your location while the app is open and actively in use.
• Background Location Data: We collect your location even when the app is closed or not in use, to ensure that you are always available for ride requests and provide timely updates on your position to passengers.

Other information: If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

We collect information in different ways: We collect information directly from you when you fill any online Fees Payment form that we include in our website or social media handles. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question through phone or email.

DELETE USER DATA

You can remove all your data from our system by deleting your account through the profile page in the mobile app.

Once you delete your account:

1. All your data will be permanently removed from our system, including your profile image, email address, phone number, booking history, and any other associated information.
2. Deleted data and accounts cannot be recovered.

BlissDrive app is for taxi drivers. It helps find the nearest driver based on their current location and sends ride requests to them. To do this, we need to keep track of the driver's location and update our system.

Even if the driver closes the app, we need to know their current location. Therefore, we use a background service to keep updating the driver's location in our system, even when the app is running in the background.

UNDERTAKING (For Rider):

I agree to comply with all relevant provisions and requirements outlined in the Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines 2020 by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. This includes adhering to rules related to Term Insurance, Health Insurance, vehicle compliance, safety standards, and other conditions as specified by the Motor Vehicle Act, Rules, and the IT Act 2020.

I acknowledge that failure to meet these mandatory requirements may result in being barred from accessing the BlissDrive App. Additionally, if BlissDrive App offers trip-related credit, I agree to repay the full amount within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may lead to being barred from the BlissDrive App and could result in legal action for recovery of the outstanding amount.
